The Gym

Located in St-Louis de Kent N.B., Mega Flex Gym is small in size but has all the amenities you would find in a big gym. There’s a great variety of free weights equipment and the cardio room is also well equipped.

Open hours Monday-Friday…. 6:00am to 10:00pm
Saturday-Sunday…8:00am to 10:00pm

The gym operates by “honor system”. There are no employees in the gym. All personal training is done by appointment only.

Fees Students $25/month
Adults $30/month
• Special rates for seniors and couples
• 3 months and yearly membership rates also

The Equipment

Serge started to build equipment in 1998. He got into it because at the time he could not afford to buy new stuff for his gym. He wasn’t planning to make a business out of it. But the word got around he was making some pretty got stuff. Since then he has built and sold over 100 machines and over the years he has got better at what he does.

Serge has recently built a machine shop next to his home to pursue his interest in building gym equipment. In there he can build anything from a simple bench to a more complicated Inner/Outer Thigh combo.
All the machines are built using heavy gauge 3” X 3” and 2” X 2” square tubing. The paint is a heat-treated Powder Coat finish and the upholstery is also professionally done.

*The machines are all “Commercial Grade”.
*Serge does not do home gyms please don’t ask..
*Repairs or refurbishing older equipment is something Serge also does.
